A [[Fazterrain]] is somewhat like a vector field in mathematics and science. An analogy is like an actual physical terrain, the physical terrain effects how a person will travel over an area. In the same sense the [[fazterrain]] makes certain [[fazpaths]] more likely  to occur than others. The [[enviropath]] is one type of [[fazterrain]] applied to one [[fazpath]]. The [[fazterrain]] can be complete with all the factors that can effect the fazpath included or only a limited number of factors such as just sight. In this case it would be considered a [[sightterrain]]. A fazterrain can be in a continuum form but usually it will not be. The fazterrain can be any desired size, and just like physical terrain can be of any combination of terrain features.
