Non uniform ixpepaths are ixpepaths that represent the ixperiencitness produced an itobody over time that does not stay the same. The ixperiencitness is changing over time, it can become the same or become very different. The difference or change over time can be represented as a percentage difference. A non uniform ixpepath can contain periods where the there is uniformity --- where the ixperiencitness does not change.
