AtJeff says at .34 min Whats your definition of life? If it the biological processes that make your body able to remain animate, No, because once your body is not doing that any more then you don't have life if its the thoughts in your head well once the pattern of information stored in the brain is no longer functioning you don't have that either"

At 2:04 mins Matt says everything about who I am I guess is as far as I can tell the product of my brain, which is yeah there is energy there but there's no identifiable mechanism for after I am dead and my body begins to decay and what ever energy there was dissipates etc., that this represents me in any sense any more than once we drain a battery it has an after life.

5:00 mins Matt says "No body has presented any reason to think that any of us are going to exist after we are dead."

5:17 Matt says "Nobody experiences being dead."

7:23 Jeff says: "well fine the question still is is there any that you could that your consciousness could exist without your body? yes in another body that is producing the same structure and functioning."

How are you transferred from one moment to the next and someone else does not just pop into your body? what are the rules for this process? why do these rules exist ?
