There are different degrees of divergence of itopaths. A human body changes continuously in its placement in space. The matter and energy in the body is continuously being replaced because of food, water, breathing and radiation. The body and especially the brain is functioning and changing. As time passes the consciousness changes as do memories and desires. What is necessary for a continuation of your conscious existence is that you experience this consciousness, what ever it may be.

This diagram represents the case where four versions of the original are actually produced. Any path within this diagram that can be drawn will be a potential version of the original as long as the paths does not go out side of the ixperiencitness boundary line.
