Energy there are several definitions of energy. The one used here is the concept related to the phrase matter and energy used in Chemistry and Physics. It can be considered a sub atomic particles like photons. It is what allows matter to change over time as in potential or kinetic energy. It produces motion, and can be considered a form of matter by this famous equation E =MC2.
