Sensepath enhancement is he concept where you can sense better with the same sense organ, such as being able to see in very low light levels. or being able to sense sound at very low levels.
This is different fromSensepath addition which is the adding of a new sense, like being able to see infrared light or being able to hear higher or lower sounds.
