How a time probability function applied to the identity theory

In physics there is a QM probability function that says that there is a probability function that needs to be applied to particles to determine where they are at any one instance. You can never be sure where they are at any instance but you can have a the knowledge that there is such as such a probability of them being in a particular volume of space at a particular time.

The consciousness that you experience at this moment is tied to more than the simple functioning of the matter at this moment with a probability distribution into the future and into the past. There are many types of probability distributions that can be applied a simple decrease over time from the starting point to any possible distribution of effect. How will this effect the physimoment and awaremoment? First how will this distribution effect QM? If the particles going through time at different speeds make then also travel through time at different time speeds then we might have a deterministic reality after all. We would just have to take into account the past and the future in determining the present. But is this possible in the present when we will not know the future. All we can do is look at the situation from a future perspective and then see that it was all deterministic after all. The difference is that in previous forms of determinism we could determine the future if we knew every thing in the past, now what we have to have is some knowledge about the future to determine the future when we look back everything will seem deterministic but from the present point of view it does not seem deterministic.

What if matter is tied into the future and past by such concepts as entanglement and QM? Where what we physically are, is not just this instance in time. Our consciousness sees only a moment in time so to speak.

What if our consciousness is also tied to this future and past by a function like applies to so it has a probability of existing over space and time or a probability function existing over space and time if objects are traveling through space and time at different speeds
